Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or technology sector (preferred)
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide efficient solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in electric vehicles and sustainable transportation
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems (plus)
