Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in government or public services, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in helping others and contributing to public service
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
