Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT support principles and technology solutions is essential
- Previous experience in a technical support or consulting role is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client inquiries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with IT support tools and software
- A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field is highly valued
