Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and technical problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer service, particularly in IT or technical support, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in technology and helping customers resolve IT issues
