Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's IT Support Services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and technical problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in IT or technical support, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in technology and helping customers resolve IT issues
