Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Travel & Hospitality Company to provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers with travel and hospitality inquiries.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in travel or hospitality, is preferred
