Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or retail industry, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Passionate about cars and dedicated to providing excellent customer support
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
