Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in subscription-based services or similar industries
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
- Genuine interest in subscription services and enhancing customer experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
