Job Description
Leading a project team in an agile environment to manage and deliver project scope within budget, with a focus on Capital Markets.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as scrum master/project manager
- Understanding of Capital Markets
- Managed projects for the last 4+ years in an agile delivery methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Able to investigate, analyse and troubleshoot tasks.
- Some technical background and willingness/attitude to look at technical detail if required
- Understanding of financial products in general and derivatives trading technology platforms in particular especially focused on IRD, FXD and FI asset classes.
- Familiarity with data structures, SQL queries and stored procedures.
