RD Pricing Scientist

As a RD Pricing Scientist at Mercury, you will act as a subject matter expert in statistical modeling methodology and product research, identifying business opportunities through data analysis and market research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis in analytical concentration such as Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math, Statistics.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the P&C Insurance industry and/or the product development field;
• At least 8 years’ experience with data and analytics applications in Financial and other similar industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Proficient in Python, R or other language and statistical software
• Great analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced statistical modeling ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to correspond with internal and external customers
