Job Description
As an Insurance Defense Attorney III with Mercury, you will serve as lead counsel on a sophisticated caseload of 1st- and 3rd-party personal injury matters, managing files from initial assignment through post-trial motions. You will handle complex, high-exposure cases involving completed surgeries, alleged traumatic brain injuries, punitive damages, and other serious injuries with potential excess exposure and case values up to $500,000.

- Comprehensive review of new and transfer file assignments
- Summarizing discovery responses and medical records
- Taking and defending depositions
