This role's main responsibility will be to manage the product roadmap for identified areas by defining and delivering the next generation of insurance services. Will not only develop innovative product solutions but also execute strategic go-to-market plans and cultivate essential business relationships to seize market opportunities.
Requirements
- Create buy-in for the product vision and strategy with leadership and internal partners.
- Shape and own the product tech roadmap with input from senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage the product backlog by prioritizing and making trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and operational load or competing features.
- Drive decision making and product launches in partnership with engineering, UX, operations, business development, third party vendors and other cross-functional teams.
- Regularly update stakeholders and customers on the roadmap and product status.
- Utilize data, usability studies, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies.
- Establish and track key metrics for product success.
- Develop clear business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture.
- Work efficiently with engineering team to deliver key product features and manage delivery risks.
