As a champion of aged care admissions and regulatory requirements, the Admissions Coordinator guides customers through the entire admissions process, contributing to meeting sales targets and maintaining healthy occupancy levels. They cultivate and manage relationships with referrers, oversee the complete admissions journey, and ensure compliance with internal systems.
Provide prompt and courteous customer service, manage the admissions process, identify and promote higher everyday living options, ensure compliance with internal systems, and collaborate with Business Development Consultants and Service Managers.
