Job Description
Mercy Corps is looking for an Agriculture Coordinator to enhance the capacity and access to resources for vulnerable farming households in Kandahar and Helmand provinces. The position focuses on implementing climate-resilient livelihoods practices and providing essential inputs to support sustainable income generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in agricultural development, extension services, or related field
- Experience in project management, team management, and budget management
- Strong understanding of climate-resilient agricultural practices
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with farmers and local communities
