Job Description
Mercy Corps is seeking a CARM Helpdesk Couple to support the establishment and daily operation of the CARM helpdesk in the returnees' camp in Herat, Afghanistan. The couple will provide information to the community about Mercy Corps services, receive, document, and refer feedback and complaints, and strengthen community trust and participation in our programming.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role or in community development
- Ability to work in a culturally sensitive context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
