Job Description
The Finance Officer will ensure the effective and efficient management of the treasury of the Ségou, Sikasso/Koutiala offices, provide supervision and coaching to finance assistants, and support in financial reporting.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- University degree of at least BAC+3 in finance or accounting or a specialization related to the position
- Excellent skills in using MS Office programs and particularly Excel
- Great experience in financial management and accounting of a field base
- Knowledge of Mali legislation on labor law and taxation
- Good knowledge and understanding of the ethics of general accounting and project financial management
- Proven ability to effectively interact with national and expatriate staff
