The Community Accountability Reporting Mechanisms Officer will work closely with the Mercy Corps program team and local partner organizations to oversee and ensure the effective implementation of accountability and feedback mechanisms within the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, social sciences, International Development, Human Rights, or in relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in international relief and development
- 1-3 years of field-based experience in international relief and development
- Field-based experience with community feedback and accountability reporting mechanisms
- Demonstrated knowledge of grant-based funding models, emergency response and development strategies and operational challenges in the sector
