Job Description
Mercy Corps is seeking a Key Expert 4: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Expert to provide technical assistance to strengthen economic transformation in areas affected by conflict and migration in Ethiopia. The expert will design and implement robust MEAL systems and tools for donor-supported programmes, with a particular focus on forced displacement contexts.
