Job Description
The M&E Officer- Lahore will assist in preparation of MEL plans, project log frames and implementation to ensure adherence to Mercy Corps' Minimum Standards. They will also support the M&E teams in designing/updating M&E tools, guiding data collection and analysis, and conducting assessments and evaluations. The incumbent will also be responsible for documenting lessons learned, best practices, program data analysis summaries, and evaluations, and providing evidence-based information, success stories, case studies, and other high-quality, results-based documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social sciences or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of field experience in the social or development sector
- Two years’ experience in M&E, including field monitoring, desk monitoring, working on different monitoring tools, compiling and analyzing data and supportive supervision
- Strong knowledge of M&E principles
- Experience working in a Global Funded program will be a plus
- Experience working in public health programs, especially the TB program, will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and knowledge of local languages
