Job Description
Mercy Corps is seeking a Market Systems Development Technical Advisor/Coordinator to support the implementation of the SIDA Funded Economic Recovery for Conflict Affected Population (ERCAP) project. The project aims to improve the economic adaptation, protection, and recovery of conflict-affected populations in three regions: Afar, Tigray, and Amhara.
Requirements
- Degree in Business administration, Marketing, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Agricultural Economics, development studies or related field (masterās degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience of increasingly proficient management and/or technical support in MSD programming, with at least one job experience in a globally well-reputed MSD project
- Proven experience assessing markets and working with private sector partners
- Strong ability to understand and manage multiple stakeholders and complex relationships at multiple levels of the organization
- Fluency in English is required, with strong written and oral communication skills
