Job Description
The Performance and Quality (PAQ) Director oversees the PaQ Unit in Ethiopia, ensuring the development of consistent standards, processes and practices of program management and to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of Mercy Corps’ programs.
Requirements
- Support the overall strategic and annual planning for Mercy Corps Ethiopia
- Lead the development of sector strategies and frameworks in accordance to the overall country strategy
- Design and manage a country-wide Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation system
- Ensure that all reports (both internal and external) are timely, high-quality, and responsive to donors
- Lead the implementation of Mercy Corps Ethiopia communication strategy
- Contribute to the global and regional conversation around program performance and quality
