PROJECT OFFICER

The Project Officer will support the delivery of a UK PACT-funded clean energy project in Nigeria. They will coordinate field activities, strengthen relationships with government and community stakeholders, and ensure smooth collaboration across internal teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in energy, environmental studies, development studies, project management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating field activities in development, climate, or energy-related programs in Nigeria.
• Experience working with government institutions, communities, and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, logistics, and administrative skills, with experience managing multi-partner field operations.
• Familiarity with donor-funded projects (experience with UK PACT or similar programs is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines.
