SAFETY AND SECURITY MANAGER

The Safety & Security Manager is responsible for managing all safety & security systems in country, with a focus on humanitarian response in Northeast Nigeria. They will develop and implement security management plans, provide support and advice to the Country Director and program directors, and train security focal points and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of field experience in safety and security with a humanitarian or development non-governmental organization
• Excellent negotiation and representation skills
• Effective skills in coordination, organization, and prioritization
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
