SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

The Senior Administration Officer ensures the smooth operation and efficiency of administrative operations of the Mercy Corps office in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, while providing technical and operational support to field bases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 5 years of experience in administrative management with an international NGO, preferably with diverse donors
• Experience working with local NGOs
• Experience in capacity building would be an asset
• Excellent self-organization and adaptability skills
• Confirmed experience in developing administrative policies and manuals
• Teamwork, facilitation, and training skills
• Ability to work in a diverse team
• Advanced computer skills
• Operational experience, including planning, development, and implementation of operational activities
