Mercy Home for Children is recruiting for a Full-time Quality Assurance Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee 13 OPWDD Residential Programs in Queens, Brooklyn & Baldwin Long Island.

Requirements

• Supervise LPN/RNs to ensure all nursing services are adequately meet for individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities under Mercy Home’s care.
• Provide staff training & development, as well as write & present performance evaluations to staff.
• Manage notifications to proper authorities detailing changes in an individual's medical condition.
