Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance
- Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work
- Technical training in one or more building trades
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions
