Director, Marketing

As our Director, Health Marketing, you will lead internal initiatives to support client engagements and position them to introduce new solutions effectively to changing market conditions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in brand/demand marketing with a proven track record of developing strategies and overseeing complex workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Thorough understanding of the advertising industry, particularly within MERGE's key verticals: Health Plans, Health Providers, Specialty Healthcare, Lifestyle, and Financial Services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with an engaging and trusted presence.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in ensuring quality content creation and working with multiple stakeholders.
