Sr. Planner, Paid Search

At MERGE, we are a marketing and technology agency purpose-built for the intersection of health and wellness. We are seeking a Sr. Planner, Paid Search to support the creation, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns across the portfolio assigned to them. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional paid search experience, a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent work experience, and Google Ads Certification. The salary range for this role is $66,850 - $80,200, and benefits include meaningful Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, and Flexible Time off & Holidays.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional paid search experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent work experience
• Google Ads Certification
• Google Analytics Certification (plus)
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and a problem-solving orientation
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to think critically about business problems and propose data-backed solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively within a team environment
• Strong skills in core Excel functions, specifically those pertaining to data analysis
