Sr. Project Manager

We are a marketing and technology agency seeking a Sr. Project Manager to manage internal projects from inception to completion within the agency. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of project management experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment and a strong understanding of production disciplines.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience within an advertising or marketing agency environment
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences client project experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of production disciplines, including print, digital, and broadcast/video
• Experience with project management software and familiarity with the PRC review process
• Self-motivated, assertive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with exceptional time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications and Adobe Acrobat Professional; working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus
