Requirements
- 12+ years in senior business development or agency growth roles
- Deep roots in Health & Wellness or Life Sciences
- A 'True Hunter' mentality
- Proven track record of using CRM and data to drive predictable growth
- Ability to command a room and mentor junior pursuit teams
