At MERGE, we are looking for a SVP, Business Development (Wellness and Lifestyle) to lead the charge in acquiring new flagship clients, navigating complex executive-level conversations, and instilling a culture of rigorous pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the health and wellness space and the operational discipline required to scale a world-class sales engine.
Requirements
- 12+ years in senior business development or agency growth roles
- Must have deep roots in Health & Wellness or Life Sciences
- A 'True Hunter' mentality—motivated by the chase and the close
- Proven track record of using CRM and data to drive predictable growth
- Ability to command a room and mentor junior pursuit teams
