Job Description
Meridian Home Health seeks exceptional, qualified Licensed Vocational Nurses to service its homebound Home Health patients in the Bay Area and the surrounding communities.
Requirements
- Currently a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in state of employment with one year of experience
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- CPR certification required
