Professional Services Contract Manager

Coordinates end-to-end contracting for Professional Services engagements, leading the drafting and negotiation of complex SOWs and related documents. Serves as a contracting subject-matter expert and functional leader, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to align expectations, mitigate risk, and enable timely delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in contract management, professional services, and/or consulting
• Proven ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional influence
• In-depth understanding of software and Professional Services delivery models
• AI curiosity: Eagerness to leverage AI tools to improve contracting, delivery, and legal workflow efficiency and quality
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills
• Collaborative, outcomes-focused leader able to align cross-functional stakeholders, drive decisions, and deliver results without formal reporting lines
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
