Job Description
UX Designer to join our UX Design team within the Product organization. The role involves designing and optimizing user experiences for online loan and account applications, leveraging AI-augmented design workflows and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- Actively leverage AI-augmented design workflows
- Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products
- Create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces
- Expert Figma capabilities to create scalable design systems, components, and workflows
- Utilize automation and integration tools to improve design efficiency
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clients
- Present design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders
- Participate in grooming and refinement sessions with development teams
- Review proposed product changes for alignment with UX standards and recommend improvements
