As a Restoration Project Manager, you will lead large, complex restoration projects from scope to closeout, managing construction and client experience while keeping jobs on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
Requirements
- Lead all phases of restoration projects from scope to completion
- Manage day-to-day homeowner and insurance adjuster interactions
- Prepare job budgets, track expenses, and manage cash flow
- Deliver a calm, empathetic presence to families navigating stressful losses
- Ensure satisfaction at every stage; follow up after completion to maintain trust
