Advanced Practice Provider - Pain Specialists

Meritus Health is seeking an experienced APP to deliver comprehensive and up-to-date pain management care for our patients. The right person will be joining a busy and collaborative practice with established physicians and mid-levels.

Requirements

• Deliver comprehensive and up to date pain management care including providing patients with multimodal pain treatment options
• Team player and able to work with clinical team which includes medical assistant, office secretary, nurses, doctors, and other ancillary staff
• Obtain patient history and perform adequate physical examination
• Implement appropriate treatment plan
• Monitor effectiveness treatment plan and provide alternative treatments plans/referrals
• Maintain accurate and current patient records
• Manage challenging situations with patient care including addressing drug use, provide treatment options/ referrals and discharging non-compliant patients
• Review Prescription drug Monitoring
• Review Relevant imaging and Diagnostic test in a timely manner and provide appropriate referrals.
