Job Description
Meritus Home Health is seeking a full-time LPN to provide care for patients in the Tri-State region. The LPN will work under the direction of a clinical manager and registered nurse, and will be responsible for assessing and treating patient responses to health problems.
Requirements
- Graduate from an approved nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Current BLS (CPR) in compliance with policy.
- Three years experience in an acute care or rehab setting is required.
- Home Health experience is preferred.
- Current license to practice in the State of Maryland.
- Access to a vehicle and current driver’s license from any state is required.
