Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support strategic growth across both multifamily and commercial assets, sourcing, cultivating, and securing new third-party management contracts.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in property management, brokerage, asset management, or related real estate field.
• Experience with multifamily and/or commercial assets preferred.
• Strong understanding of NOI, budgeting, management fees, lease structures, and CAM reconciliation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
