Job Description
The Multi-Site Senior Affordable Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, compliance, and team performance of multiple affordable housing communities throughout the Portland Metro area.
Requirements
- Oversee daily operations of multiple affordable housing communities
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal housing laws
- Develop operational strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
- Supervise, mentor, and support on-site management teams across multiple communities
- Ensure high-quality customer service and positive resident experiences
