Job Description
Meritus Property Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support multiple apartment communities and ensure properties are safe, well-maintained, and operating at a high standard.
Requirements
- Experience in apartment maintenance, ideally across multiple properties
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.)
- Experience with unit turns and renovations
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management systems
- Understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulations
