Senior DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure behind an AI-driven platform. You'll ensure reliability, scalability, and security while enabling the engineering team to ship faster and more safely.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build and manage scalable infrastructure, develop and maintain observability systems, enforce security best practices, and optimize cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps or similar roles
• Deep expertise in infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP or AWS
• Solid knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (preferably Kubernetes)
• Proven experience managing infrastructure with Terraform or other IaC tools
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or GCP Monitoring
• Strong understanding of cloud security (IAM, secrets management, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux, or Jenkins
• Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g. Bash, Python, Node.js, etc.)
• Analytical mindset, proactive, and self-driven
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams
