Job description
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll own the design, reliability, and evolution of InteractiveAI's production infrastructure, ensuring our platform is secure, scalable, observable, and fast to ship. You'll guide a small, high-impact team of DevOps/SRE engineers, raising standards for uptime, deployment velocity, and operational excellence across cloud and hybrid environments.
Your responsibilities will include: architecting and evolving InteractiveAI's core infrastructure, building and operating cloud-agnostic environments, implementing and maintaining CI/CD, defining reliability standards, establishing robust observability, driving infrastructure-as-code, owning security fundamentals, improving developer productivity, optimizing costs and capacity planning, and mentoring and growing a small DevOps team.
We're seeking a hands-on technical leader with a builder's mindset—someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can scale systems and practices, and can lead through influence and example.
