Job Description
Merlin is a venture-backed aerospace startup looking for an Experimental Test Pilot to lead capability testing on their test aircraft. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with experimental flight tests, a graduate of a recognized test pilot school, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years direct experience with experimental flight tests or a combination of equivalent formal training and experience
- Graduate of a recognized test pilot school or program
- Knowledge of basic concepts of fixed wing aircraft flight dynamics and control
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills
