Job Description
Merlin is a venture-backed aerospace startup looking for a sharp, energetic, and highly organized In-House Paralegal to join their growing legal team. The role will support public-company requirements, contract lifecycle management, and Board of Directors activities while serving as a trusted partner to Legal, Finance, HR, and the broader business.
Requirements
- Support CLO with Board of Directors and committee activities
- Assist with corporate governance matters and entity management
- Support CLO with SEC compliance programs
- Own day-to-day administration of the Contract Management System
- Partner with Legal to improve and scale contract workflows
- Respond to internal contract and legal operations questions
- Support Legal team projects related to audits and diligence requests
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
