Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer supports the design, development, and improvement of equipment and systems used in biosolids processing, environmental technology, and related projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mechanical design experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication methods, and production processes
- Proficient in SolidWorks and mechanical design software
- Demonstrated project management ability and organizational skills
- Proven record of creative problem-solving, innovation, and technical leadership
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
