Job Description
Merz Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Analytics & Sales Operations to lead the execution of commercial analytics and operations across Sales and Market Access. The role requires a strong background in commercial operations, analytics, finance, and/or marketing, with experience in life sciences and leadership experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences
- 5+ years of experience in life sciences with focus on commercial operations, analytics, finance, and/or marketing
- 3+ years of analytics experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or managed care industries
- 2+ years of first-line leadership experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or managed care industries
