Bachelor's degree in mining, geological, or civil engineering and 1-2 years of experience in a mining environment

MBA from a top US business school, previous experience in management consulting, and experience working on large capital projects
Mechanical Planner - Concentrator
5+ years of experience in planning or maintenance, proficiency in planning software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Reliability Engineer
3+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management, knowledge of reliability engineering principles and maintenance strategies, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Supervisor - Construction
3-5 years of maintenance supervisory experience, knowledge of processing facility operations, and strong communication skills
Senior Advisor - Planning (DRI)
15 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large industrial projects, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management
Site Administrative Assistant
Proven experience in an administrative role, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Warehouse Expeditor
1-3 years of experience, knowledge of inventory control, and strong communication skills
