Site Administrative Assistant

The Site Administrative Assistant will serve as the single point of contact for all administrative, facility, and site-support requirements at the Mesabi Metallics construction site. The role involves day-to-day coordination with multiple internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth site operations, infrastructure readiness, and employee support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or site-based role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
