Job Description
The nursing LPN/RN is charged with assuring the quality and continuity of resident care. The role requires knowledge of technology and systems management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and effective and efficient verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Proficiency in technology and systems management- Office Suite (Microsoft), POC, Electronic Health Records Systems
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Effective and Efficient- skilled in both verbal and written communication across diverse audiences
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- One (1) year Clinical Experience (preferred but not required)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- LPN / RN Licensures
