Research Scientist, Computer Vision (PhD)

Meta is seeking Research Scientists to join Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL) organization to work on making significant advances in AI, focusing on building spatial and physically-aware AI. The role involves building models that estimate underlying 3D properties from 2D observations, conducting research in 3D reconstruction and generation, and defining new capabilities for the next generation of AI.

Requirements

• Build models that can estimate underlying 3D properties from 2D observations
• Conduct research and work with models in 3D reconstruction and generation
• Define, build and benchmark new capabilities needed for the next generation of AI
• Train and optimize state-of-the-art machine learning and neural network methodologies
• Work with and create large datasets, and contribute to data annotation engines
