Research Scientist Intern, VR Audio System (PhD)

We are seeking a Research Intern to join our Audio team to estimate the effective low-frequency corner of audio render systems based on its hardware system capability. The internship offers hands-on experience in simulation, signal processing, and system modeling with mentorship from an experienced audio engineering team.

Requirements

• Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a PhD in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Acoustics, Physics, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise with COMSOL, Python (NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib) and/or MATLAB for simulation and data analysis
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship/co-op
• Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
